Each unit is unique; Residence 101, located on the ground floor, is a modern, newly renovated property equipped with every comfort, offering excellent lake views and a spacious outdoor area where you can relax. The villa is surrounded by greenery. It is situated near the historic centre of Torri del Benaco and can be easily reached on foot.

Accommodation 101 comprises a separate entrance, a living area with a sofa, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a magnificent view of the lake. The sleeping area comprises two full bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Outside, in addition to a parking space and a huge garden, you can also enjoy a splendid swimming pool with lake views, surrounded by greenery.

The garden and swimming pool are shared with guests staying in accommodation units 102 and 103.
