My name is Francesca Modena and I was born in Chioggia, in the province of Venice, a wonderful little seaside town that I will always hold dear to my heart. The sea is a fundamental part of who I am: it brings me peace, freedom and a sense of home that I try to find in everything I do. In my spare time, I love going for long walks, listening to music, spending time with animals and savouring simple moments full of joy.
Today I live on Lake Garda, a wonderful place where water is ever-present and makes me feel deeply connected to my sea. Although different, this lake manages to give me the same emotions: peace, freedom and a sense of balance that I carry with me every day.
I love being here, both for my daily life and for my work. It is a place that inspires me, makes me feel good, and I try to convey this to my guests too, sharing with them all the beauty and serenity that this area has to offer.
I have been doing this job for around 10 years, managing every aspect of holiday rentals with passion, dedication and great attention to detail. I started out with a small business and, over time, have built up solid experience that enables me to oversee every aspect: from welcoming guests and maintaining the properties to day-to-day management and organising each stay.
What drives me every day is the desire to make every guest feel at home. I firmly believe in the importance of genuine hospitality, built on presence, helpfulness and small gestures that make all the difference. I am committed to creating a well-kept, peaceful and welcoming environment, always striving to anticipate guests’ needs and offer a pleasant, relaxing experience full of thoughtful touches.
