Ideal for couples and families or for those seeking a rejuvenating break.
Ca' Campitol is a comfortable and functional home. It features a bright and spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a guest bathroom. Outside, there is a large, welcoming patio furnished with sun loungers and a dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners in complete tranquillity.
The house also features a well-tended private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, and a splendid outdoor jacuzzi where you can pamper yourself whilst admiring the surrounding landscape.
Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with a large shower and a spacious terrace. Downstairs there is a large covered garage. A perfect solution for experiencing Lake Garda in comfort, privacy and nature.

We had a lovely stay. Francesca was a very helpful and friendly host, with excellent and timely communication throughout our stay. The house is in a convenient, quiet, clean and spacious location, with a breathtaking view of the lake. Highly recommended.

I’ve been travelling to Italy for many years and this has been by far my best holiday. This place is simply fantastic. The house is really cosy, brand new and comfortable, and the view is simply breathtaking. Our host was really helpful, responsive and kind. I highly recommend this place.

A beautiful, modern house with a stunning view of the lake and Torri del Benaco. Franca is a lovely host. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. As the weather was lovely, the holiday was bound to be a success. We’d love to go back.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are provided by the accommodation.
On departure, please take out the rubbish and ensure the fridge is empty.
