Wi-FiRelax in this peaceful, centrally located accommodation. Apartment Rosanna 102, renovated in 2024, is a quiet place to stay offering magnificent views of the lake and the Scaliger Castle. Situated very close to the historic centre of Torri del Benaco, you can easily walk to bars, restaurants and shops. It is also very convenient for the beach, the ferry and the harbour. You won’t need to use your car; you can park it in the courtyard in a designated, free parking space.
The accommodation is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building. It comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen with a balcony, a living room with a dining area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.
The Rosanna flat has 3 balconies, each with a lake view; it is also equipped with 3 heat pump air conditioning units (in every room) and independent heating.
Guests have access to a free, allocated parking space (space no. 3) within the courtyard, which is enclosed by an automatic gate, and a storage room that can be used to store bicycles.

We were absolutely delighted with Francesca’s accommodation. It had everything we needed and was just a short walk from the lake, which is a must for us with the children. The lovely lakeside promenade, with its many restaurants, was also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Dear Francesca, if we could have, we would have stayed for a year. You were very, very kind, helpful and always available. The appartement is a dream: the location, the parking, the direct access to the beach right on the doorstep, and the proximity to the town centre for breakfast or dinner.

We had a lovely stay in Torri del Benaco. The apartment is spacious and each room has its own air conditioning, which came in handy. There is a small, cosy kitchen. It was easy to park in a reserved space and Torri del Benaco is within walking distance. Francesca gave us a warm welcome and explained everything clearly.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are provided by the accommodation.
On departure, please take out the rubbish and ensure the fridge is empty.
